I visited this location today. It was not my first time here, but it was my first showing up with this particular staff member, I normally do appointment with those lady who works weekends only ,I thought I just walked in needed it done , and the experience did not meet my expectations. First, I was asked to soak my feet in very hot water without being asked whether the temperature was comfortable. It felt excessively hot. Second, the staff member handled my feet quite roughly, with pulling and pushing that did not feel careful or gentle. The service also felt rushed from beginning to end. The scrub was applied, but my feet were not actually scrubbed before it was rinsed off shortly afterward. Given the price of the service, I expected more attention and care. In addition, the staff were speaking loudly in their own language throughout the appointment, which came across as unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable, I know I don’t have perfect feet, but that shouldn’t affect the quality of service I receive.I am disappointed with this visit and hope management will address these concerns. Customers should receive the level of service they are paying for.
